1. Booking and Payment

to provide alternative arrangements of similar value.

changes requested by you, subject to availability and any additional costs.
4. Insurance
● Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive
travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage, medical expenses,
personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.
5. Liability
● Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in tours/activities
may involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any risks,
injuries, or damages that may occur.
● Waiver of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless [Company
